JTS at the same old swensens!

Today we had our long awaited JTS at swensens once again. It was at the same place, the exact same seats, the same table arrangement, at almost the same date and time as last year BUT with our adorable and SCANDALOUS juniors from o7SCANDAL52, instead of our seniors from 05s62.

Fangyu and i joined them later at 745pm. When we reached there, we were greeted by a NOISY bunch of SCANDALOUS people! and i think we were the last two to arrive. haha. at first, i was really lethargic on the bus and couldnt quit complaining to fangyu how i would rot later on during the dinner. However, i got quite high after meeting them and well.. started cam-whoring with the folks! we made quite a din.. i mean, how soft do u expect FIFTY SCANDALOUS people to be when they are together getting high!!! and so, three ladies or rather b*tches couldnt stand our excitement level and were jealous of us. They took out their hps and snapped shots of us! hmpf. haha. i think they are depressed that they will never be able to enjoy what we were SAVOURING then!!

But when the food came, everyone settled down very orderly to tuck it. get what i mean? you need to give us food to keep us calm, without food, we go mad! hahah. HOWEVER, the 'serenity' wasnt for long, before anyone realised it, we resumed cam-whoring AGAIN!! and everyone in our vicinity stared at us and must be wondering how 'zi-lian' we are! hmm... we love squeezing and hugging close to the one next to us jsut to put pur faces into the small frames of the cameras! haha. cam-whoring does bond people together, at least it did for our two classes.

other than cam-whoring, we ate alot of breaded chicken, baked chicken, backed rice and fish and chips. surprisingly, no one ate ICE-CREAM. oh wells, maybe cos i prevented some from eating desserts by asking everyone to pay up and leave before we get too many complains from the other customers!! =P

we took a big group photo outside parkway, thinking that we would make our way to mac cafe after that. hmm trust me..we stood there for more than half an hour and never made our way to macs! it was testing the seniors' patience man, so most of us decided to go home and sleep! =P hahha.. but looking at how bonded out junior class is, we feel extremely glad for them! first three months of your JC life is probably one of the most memorable period of your entire life. you get to play, laugh, scandalise and socialise like no one's business, you go home late everyday, tired and stressed but feeling very contented and happy! nothing beats this kind of feeling!

i think our junior class is very much like our class. SCANDLOUS 52 family, we rock. we should have more of this kind of big group outing..so i was thinking maybe in the march hols, we can plan to go for a picnic or bbq with the junior class!

i think our class cip is mainly settled!! we are going to MINDS RESIDENCE to celebrate Chinese New Year with them. YAY! i am sure this is going to be one of our most meaningful chinese new year. and so, here are the details:

Veune: MINDS residence at hougang
Date: 15 Feb 2007 (thurs)
Time: 7pm-9pm
Activity: to set up 3 game stalls for the residents

i will tell u guys ur grouping soon. Meanwhile, do brainstorm on ideas for the game stall.

Anw, jts is this friday.. the thing is, we have yet to decide where to eat. the last resort will probably be swensens. so if u dont want to go back to where we had jts with our seniors last year, pls give suggestions. the restuarant must be halal.

HEY S52!!

SCHOOL HAS STARTED...AND WE ARE NEAR THE END OF WEEK THREE ALREADY. I REALLY WONDER IF I SHOULD BE HAPPY THAT SCHOOL IS OKAY SO FAR OR SHOULD I BE WORRIED THAT WE ARE ONE STEP CLOSER TO ALL THE important DATES THIS YEAR, REGARDLESS OF IT BEING ACADEMIC OR OTHER ASPECTS.

THE LET'S REVIEW ON THE PAST TWO WEEKS.HALF THE CLASS GOT TO ENJOY ORIENTATION WITH THE YEAR ONES AS ogls. WELL DONE S52 OGLS! I AM SURE WE ALL MISS CHEERING, STAMPING AND SLAMPING OUR HANDS ON THE TABLES.. THAT'S WHY RECENTLY I THOUGHT S52 COULD ACTUALLY PRODUCE OUR VERY OWN PERCUSSION BAND!=p

AFTER WHICH,WE HAD THE JUNIOR-MEET-SENIOR SESSION. IT WAS NICE INTERACTING WITH THE JUNIORS, AIN'T IT? HMM.. LOOKING AT OUR JUNIOR CLASS.. I REMINISCED ABOUT LAST YEAR. I STILL REMEMBER WHEN I TOOK MY FIRST STEP INTO V36, I SAW THE SEGREGATION OF THE GENDER. AND I TOOK MY SEAT BESIDE SHUWEI AND CHAR, WHO ARE MY FIRST FRIENDSIN CLASS. THE FOUR SOCCER GUYS THEN CAME INTO AND TOOK THE REMAINING SEATS IN OUR ROW. HAZREEN ON MY LEFT AND SHUWEI ON MY RIGHT.HAH. I THOUGHT THE SENIOR CLASS LOOKED INTIMIDATING THEN... BUT I HOPE THIS YEAR WE DIDNT APPEAR SO TO OUR JUNIOR CLASS..07S52!!!HONESTLY, I THINK THE JUNIOR CLASS IS JUST LIKE A REPLICATE OF US.. 06S52. I MEAN IN TERMS OF THE CCAS THE JUNIORS JOIN. HAH.. I THINK THEY WILL BE AS HIGH PROFILE AS 06S52.WE ARE PLAYING ANGEL AND MORTAL GAME NOW TOO. (lazy angels and mortals pls write ur letters. ) btw, we are so looking forward to our JTS!!!

hello people!

it's finally HOLIDAYS!! to those who are still mugg for Chinese As, all the way!! for those rushing OP, hang on in there, we're almost near the end.

i believe this year has been a really fruitful and eventful one for all of us, dont u agree? we have so much fun together...all the laughters, bitchy-ness, sluttiness, CRAPPiness, noisy-ness we shared. we definitely is a FANTASTIC class! CHEERS!

next year when we have our very own junior class.. we shall 'torture' them ya? by being the super nice senior class, wont we?

alright...while we enjoy our hols..we shallnt totally neglect our studies! ppl who are taking the R-papers..jiayou k!! study a lil this hols and do well for it! and so the followings are the changes to be made to ur maths homework!!

06S52 Class Chalet!

Class chalet was really fun!! haha!

Day 1
White Sands Shopping Mall, 1400:
Met up with Janica, Michelle, Wan Ting, Fang Yu, Qiu Shui for shopping for bbq stuff...had totally no idea what went on inside coz i was taking care of the bags outside. haha! got the stuff, took 2 taxis to Downtown East.

Downtown East Check In, 1500:
Put our stuff down at the bench. Wan Ting, Qiushui, Fangyu went into the room for the air con. If you've been to that place you would have noticed the glass panel beneath the swimming pool. Mich saw this young girl swimming there and was like..."my gawd! It' s like all your fats are exposed and...." (forgot the rest...) haha! Overall she didn't like the idea. Luckily Jan got her phone. Denise came with her parents after about 10 mins to check in. As usual Jan and Mich called her "ah ma!" and then her parents were like "your classmates call you ah ma ah..." haha! cute! Checked into our rooms, then took a break. As usual, I went down to Zone-X, i.e. the arcade to check out the people and the machines. haha! then got the wire mesh for bbq

Barbeque Pit, 1700:
BBQ time! Mark Lee was starting fire. Got the fire going, then brought the food down. People were up (in the chalet) and down(at the pit). Played cards, while the charcoal was burning. After a few hours, bbq started! Shuwei, JJ (yes JJ!!), Xinyi, Charmaine, Marc (the orange), Calvin joined in later. We decided to hang lanterns to celebrate mid autumn fest! haha! but somehow, one of them caught fire and char and xinyi screamed when they fell...haha super funny incident! Ms Cai came! with biscuits, celery, carrots, cucumbers, tuna, tomatoes. haha! everybody learnt a tip or two on how ms cai led a very healthy lifestyle =D ..and as usual, when she sat down, the whole group was all gossipping about school, non-school issues and happenings. some people were not spared (as simple as that)

Oh yes, Nigel came also. As you know, there's a $1 entrance fee to the resort. Many were lucky to dodge the checking. Nigel just waited and hesitated on whether he wanted to cheat or pay. However his plans failed. The guard asked him to pay. The coin slots usually have 2 slots...Nigel put the coin into the lower slot..the 'eject' slot...Nigel, unfortunately, bimbotism doesn't get you the free ticket!

After BBQ, 2100:
Went out to the shops. At the arcade was gaming like mad! haha! enjoyment. Eugene joined in later. After that, gals went back to chalet, xinyi, shuwei, char, mark lee, ms cai and her hubby went home, guys stayed out. Marc, Eugene, me, Calvin, Denise stayed to play bridge...denise went in later and Nigel joined us. After 8 games (Calvin won ALL 8 of them), went on to Marc and his narration of several horror films and other stories. The best was when I narrated some movie, at 0130, the spotlights went off..added to the atmosphere...we all got a bath. Then Calvin, Eugene and I went out to grab supper and tried Gin Rummy. Went back at 0530 to get sleep.

Day 2
Morning call! Eugene and Marc went home. Somehow I was kinda abused when I was asleep on one of the beds. Oh wells, I didn't feel anything so yea =D Went for lunch, aft dat Calvin left. then arcade (again) then back to chalet. Denise, Fangyu, Xinyi, Char went to Escape! while, Wan Ting, Qiu Shui, Janica, Michelle and I PIGGED at the chalet! haha! the beds were just too tempting. haha! Wan ting tried to call us up, but to no avail. Went for dinner in the evening. Then went back. Shuwei joined us for cards. After dinner, all but the original gang stayed for the movie on U. haha! interesting reactions to the movie and all la. Slept late, around 0000.

Day 3
Went for macs breakfast, then I left for college for them to check out. haha!

Overall, it was a successful chalet coz there was bonding and I knew my classmates better through the whole experience. So yea!

the day before which was friday 1st sept. me and von got a free ride, then we were saying we dont wanna ride again.

then today, got so many people want to ride, haha, so we ride again. damn fun lah. haha
the carnival wasnt as bad as it could have been but the people who turned up were mostly VJ people or first three months Vj one.
but it was fun.

everytime i look at my super HUGE pencil box, i cant decide which colour pen to remove! haha and i end up taking all of them to school and not using like 3/4 of them. haha. and i dont understand how bryan tan can pack all his coloured pens(which is more than mine) into his pencil box!

it's like his pencil box is so small compared to mine. haha, so i end up with a heavy bag.

met char, xinyi, janica, mark lee and bryan tan in school and denise met us at east coast park. when walking there, the wind was blowing from the right and we were walking to the left so it means that the wind blow until our hair super messy, then someone suggested walking backwards.. haha, then we looked like 5 idiots with 4 wearing VJ shirt walking backwards.

went to parkway kfc for lunch. then me, char, xinyi and denise wore the blades. haha, then the knee guard wear wrong side. haha. and janica and bryan tan cycle. BUT, in the end, they didnt cycle much COZ they have to look after us!! haha. we went over to the beginner's corner, taught denise how to blade cause it is her first time blading. fast learner kiex. of course lah, my lao po neh!

haha, then later me and xinyi went to blade outside ourselves.. was okie all the way pass vjc to where we usually jogged. then on the way back, met kids! haha. 2 of them on small bikes then was at the hump there, wah lao eh, i got shock, never see them come, haha, then i fall down, away from them of course, lucky they okay. then we continued back to beginner's corner. then the last time i fell was because charmaine fall down, then she scream, so i turn behind, then i also fall, haha, then she sit on the floor and laugh at me. haha. idiot. lol, and she blade over mark lee's leg by accident, but mark should be okie. xinyi is the pro skater man.

haha. then returned the blades, went to the sea side with janica and denise! haha, then started drawing all over the sand. the sea not very clean. haha. but the sand very soft and nice, and the sea breeze!! haha..so shiok.

hmmm go ecp again leh!! haha. so near school =P i want to blade again. =D

haha, i never mug like that before leh.. then hor, o level also not so kan chiong. diaox.
and i haven touch econs. whoo hoo. congrat me man. =(

so why nobody update about bbq?

27th may 2006 : o6s52 first bbq!

hmm. janica, michelle, wan ting, jj, hazreen, bryan lim and fang yu met at ntuc to buy food! haha and charcoal and fire starters. then we went to vj there cause xinyi's dad offered to fetch us to the bbq meeting area.
we met at no signboard seafood restaurant and everyone was calling janica up to ask her meet where, so she ended up saying No SEafOod signboard restaurant. HAHA. then they sell wad? signboards?!?!? =P

then right we couldnt find the pit, even when von came. it said BYOP2. area east. then we were like diaox? where is it. haha, in the end, we figured out it meant build ur own pit!! haha. we spent 16 bucks to book an area in ECP to bbq? haha. but never mind,
me and hazreen cycled to 7-11 to buy pits but so ex. a4 size-19 bucks. then we went to parkway ntuc.. the same one for 12 bucks. but that pit very small, so haz ran to giant to see, ALL SOLD OUT. hah so we bought the 12 bucks one and cycled back. very far lehh. haha, but fun cause very long never cycle.

then we started bbqing!! yay. haha miss cai came, and mrs koh, she brought her child qi en. so cute!! haha and bryan tan was looking after qi en, mrs koh said he very caring. look after kids well.then he said he want to be a house husband!! haha. bryan ahh. =P qi en is very easily amused. she is happy with flipping poker cards out of the box and putting them back. haha

eugene is the master chef!! haha cause he start fire and all that, but thanh, von, janica, eugene,esther, bryan lim helped to cook. (sorry if i forget to includ pple, cause quite long ago. haha.. dun really remb)
then we played cards and took alot of photos! haha. they were screaming like mad lah.

haha. and for the cute people right, hazreen and redzuan took the camera facing us and said "this one is for cute people only ar", "1,2,3," and turn and take picture of themselves. pengz haha

and we had loads of fun. hazreen become otah man already lah.. cause he ate alot of otah, and the food just nice finish. =)

The A Division Inter-School Soccer Championship Final yesterday at the majestic Jalan Besar Stadium was an absolute thriller.It was a match worth paying for even,and I know many will agree with me on this. VJC-7 consecutive finalists,against MJC-the defending 2005 Champions.A battle for glory,pride,honour,respect and boasting rights was at stake and the final can be billed as a match of a lifetime,that should be etched in history. An early MJC goal scored by their National Under-18 forward,Zulkifli (33) through a counter-attack shocked the VJC supporters.Howver,the VJC players dug in deep and fought on,as the halftime scoreline remained 1-0 to MJC.

As the 2nd half resumed,VJC earned an equaliser through a fluke goal by Andy Wong (21) as the VJC crowd roared on.The cagey minutes that followed showed the tensions and nerves that were beginning to show from both sets of players and supporters.Another lightning quick counter-attack by MJC led to their other National Under-18 playmaker,Muhadher (35),scoring a skillfully crafted solo goal.More drama unfolded as VJC earned a penalty after the MJC defender blocked a goalbound shot with his hands.The referee had no hesitation in awarding the spot-kick and giving the culprit his marching orders.However,gasps of disbelief could be heard as VJC captain,Keefe Tan's (5) kick was saved rather comfortably by the MJC keeper.It was as if VJC was not meant to get the all-important equaliser.The MJC crowd and players thought that they had won the game as they only needed to hang on to their 2-1 lead,but what unveiled later was something that happens only once in a lifetime...

As the fourth official showed 4 minutes of injury time,VJC blitz the 10-men MJC defence as Justin Kong (4) scored a dramatic equaliser after good work by Andy down the flank.The crowd was in a frenzy.A minute later,Brandon Lee (11) planted a superb header into the goal from John's pinpoint corner and VJC took the 3-2 lead.The Meridian players went into a state of disbelief and virtually crumbled.John Mark's (7) solo effort that ended with him rounding the MJC keeper to cap an amazing comeback for VJC,was the final sucker punch to MJC.A miracle!3 goals in 4 minutes!Celebrations and emotions ran high the moment the final whistle was blown as VJC brought the title back to where it belonged.Even VJC coach Mr Tan Yew Hwee could not hold back his tears.VJC Soccer Boys '06 are also the INVINCIBLES as they won the title with a perfect record of all wins during the course of the entire tournament.=) VJC SOCCER thank all of whom was present and supported and helped us in one way or another.U GUYS ROCK.=)

HALF DAY!!!

haha. okie, so me, char, xin yi, yvonne and nigel went to Lido to watch Da Vinci code. and we are now called the airport gang. haha, cause it was the same group of people who went to airport to send shuwei off to Italy.. but she arrived pretty late and we din see her. talked to her on the phone instead.. and only char stayed.

hmm. the show is not as nice as the book -duh- haha, fache doesnt look like a bull or behaves like one and langdon is not handsome enough? haha. okie, well, he's a professor and i guess he cant be young. lol. but Silas is very very very very fair. and NC-16 was because of quite a few reasons but there was violence and back view of naked guy. so ya.

and we shared popcorn and drinks. bought the super large one. haha, cant believe we finished it!! haha. me and yvonne go and buy then the person at the counter was like "you sure you want this size?" haha. i think cause there was only two of us buying =)
and we went to far east to take neoprints!! haha. so diaox. the machine ate our money so we ended up paying one dollar extra. but it was fun. and we wrote huss for nigel. =P bleahs. who ask him always call pple huss. lol.

and we kinda shopped too. haha. poor nigel.. cause we went to Livia and char was like "can we stay here forever" and nigel was like "no, i would just die" haha. ok, there's more to come okie nigel!! more shopping, better get use to it. =P

hello.

it was monday. then me and char bought chocolates from the ODAC booth. she held the chocolates and asked "will it melt?" >.< hahaa. damn funny lah. she very blur.. lol, she din mean it that way, just phrase it wrongly. =P but the chocolate was very nice. =D 2.50 for a whole big bar. which is quite worth it i guess.

da vinci code people? haha. friday. =)
and im sooo happy that mrs koh is taking over one period of GP to go thru GP tutorial with us. anything but lc.

and econ test was freaky. hahaa, janica and char were praying so hard that the test will have part a) and b) but... their prayers were not answered. haha. but never mind, at least its over. and we feel more light hearted now? and happy. and nafa's over. and when mid year is over. we'll be over the moon maybe.

today is thurs =D and its friday timetable.

watching xin yi or char arguing with nigel is like "live" entertainment. haha, cause nigel's good with his words and he always think and talk so fast that they got no chance to reply. hahaa. and nigel always win. =P you should watch them. damn cute sia. lol

and char announce that she's not coming to school next friday because she'll be going back to TKGS to sell tickets. then xinyi was like "huh.. then i've got no one to Bimbo with.. eh Wait!! im not a BIMBO!!. " lol. she damn funny lah... haha, then char was like teaching her to sing a bimbo song. haha, then shuwei and i walk fast fast away. =P

we came back on time. but char had to do some stuff for her string concert which is coming(june). [and no, im not blaming her for anything, she's afterall my darling granddotter =)] and we were late for pw. =X sorry miss cai and class.
yupp. got back our GPP. ermm.. not really sure about other groups but my group one was okie just that we needed more details.

saturday!!!!!!!

even though we had a boring briefing in the morning, i am stilll very happii todays =)
we had a mini class outing to pp after the briefing. ten of us. =) most of the class ate ban mian. and it was delicious. but salty . and then we had icecream!! tt was wad made me so happy. it made xingyi and von happi too!!! i had strawberry on a cone.
tip: eat icecream on cone with a spoon!!! its nicer =) more special. ok juz say i m wierd. hahas. and dear bryan tan was so FUSSY! he tried so many flabours of icecream and he couldnt make up his mind wad flavour to order. in the end he settled with italiian coffeee. like finallyy. ahahas.

okiess ppl.rest well during the weekned. play hard. dont mug hard only kk. take care.seeya all on monday =)

soccer match at 4.45, vjc Vs mi.
i was finding people to go and watch with me. haha, then only thanh want to watch. cause the rest had like Ccas, H3 science research programme and physics olympaid or someother academic related stuff. our class people so smart right. haha. =P praise our class only.

this is the first time that i am watching a soccer match. im dont even know how long's the game. haha, cause i dont watch soccer on tv either. =P but im sure it's different and much better watching it live. so, redzuan was 19 and justin was i think 4. the 2 of them went to play first. MI people very hiong. injured our players. *evil* and at half time it was nil nil. make us very kan chiong. lol.. then finally someone scored. (sorry din notice the number) and we were like damn happy.

2nd half joel went in to play.. and he scored! haha.. and the game was ending already. then MI scored penalty. so we won 2-1. YAY. although it rained, alot of people still stayed and cheer the team on. it was pretty fun. yvonne xinyi and nigel came to join us. justin was injured. okay, but overall, we are proud of our class dudes. =) and including hazreen too! haha although he said all he did was warm the bench. lol.

we went to the airport after that to send shu wei off. but she came very late and we din get to see her. talked to her on the phone instead. hope she's having fun in Italy. and hopefully bring back some goodies. =D

today is wednesday. International History Lecture was cancelled due to humanities quiz.. so me, char and xin yi went to parkway to eat. haha and we all came back later for ccas and make up lessons. our class should go out more often as a class during long breaks. =)
and justin so malu today. haha, fall down in library.. and his whole face turn red lah. we must win LC tml in whatever arguement. =) and hope the soccer people can start playing soon. and table tennis to win.

pe today. basketball, girls against guys. girls can have 7 pple while guys 5 and girls is 2 points per shoot, guys is 1 point. haha, and miss tan helped us. but, the girls still lost. haha, marc oliver is good.. so is mark lee and the rest of the guys but not so hiong. it was fun.

firstly to bryan lim. eh sorry i was 'slping' during ur meeting in the morning regarding draco matters. hmms that's not a sign of me being un-enthu n un-interested in ur plans as a house comm nominee n stuff. it was just cos i happened to be sneezing, feeling sick, so wanted to take a rest seriously. oh n also cos i was feeling very down cos of band (the whole day i was actually sad la) that's why i appeared abnormally quiet n ----------. ya. hope u dun be upset k. cos fangyu was asking me if i dislike u den i was like "oh no i cld be giving others the impression that i dislike my classmate?? when i dun."

tmr is a new term for all of us. it's time to settle down together. to those who have left, we will miss all of you. to those who have come and joined us... WELCOME to our SCANDALOUS family. anw..settling down means for us to start doing tutorials seriously and stop dozing off during lectures! we just have to keep more titibits in our bags to keep awake. =p and yes cannot pon lectures alr. all must be conscientious kids and mug hard! haha. oh yes..not forgetting to be more attentive during LC's gp lesson. and argue ur way thru.. we may spot a few potential lawyers among us. oh wells. we wont dunk LC into the koi pond lest he pollutes the water and kills our dear fangyu's fellow fishmates. tsktsk. i shall try to source for a better location to dispose him off. YAY! set!

anw. so yes, our class did a wonderful job for SLV!! congrats us! haha. and thank you ms cai for the sumptuous pizza dinner. i bet the other diners there were irritated by us. =P dont u all agree that the tns children are so cute?!! haha they are so adorable. arghhh how i wish they are my siblings! =) the 'tradegy' of being the only child.*grins*
